It leaves from the train station "Tiburtina"or from Piazza Repubblica:

Rome-based line, runs direct, air-conditioned buses from Rome to
Pompeii, Salerno, Sorrento, and Amalfi. Buses leave Rome's Stazione Tiburtina daily:
Monday-Thursday 3 PM; Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 7 AM.
